Belfast Bowling Club

Belfast Bowling Club was founded over a 100 years ago and has a proud history in the game of Lawn Bowls in Canterbury and NZ.

Located on Main North Road in Belfast, the Club’s park-like setting and recognised first-class playing surface ensures our diverse membership of over 150 people enjoy great success both competitively and socially.

The present clubrooms and facilities are a result of many hours of voluntary work in the late seventies and early eighties, with further renovation as recent as 2022.

Our Club green is recognised as one of the best surfaces in the Canterbury Centre.
